EYP SCAP carries out the installations of control and supervisory systems on the La Cerdera tunnel.
This tunnel is located on the A-22 highway near Lerida.
La Cerdera is 493 mts long having two lanes per sense. This is the first tunnel where the SOS points has been provided with videoconference capability as long as the control center is located 42 kmts away from the tunnel in the Control Center located in Tarrega. All the signals from the control, TV cameras, SOS points and public addressing systems, are channelized through a fiber optic connection between the tunnel and Tarrega control center. |
